We think of our team as a small family from far-flung corners of the world. Together, we strive to make our working hotel and campsite a great experience for visitors, campers and vanlifers alike.

Owner, Andru, spent many years overseas, experiencing first-hand, the kindness of people who helped travellers on the Appalachian Trail. Andru decided to take this concept of ‘Trail Angels’ to the UK, and created a space for vanlifers on his campsite grounds. If you live in your van, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the hospitality offered.

Why do we offer this?

We know it’s not easy as a vanlifer to find a safe space to lay down your head, but it can also be lonely on the road. Spending time with like-minded people – even for a while – can help shake off those travelling blues! We have the space, and know vanlifers who visit appreciate the community atmosphere.

About our Hotel and Campsite

Our hotel and campsite offer a range of accommodation options, including bell tents, camping pitches, motorhome and campervan pitches. We are located just 20 minutes from Glasgow on the grounds of the Duntreath Estate, surrounded by nature.
